Marten balls for long-term protection of the car against marten damage

Application

Open the folding box and remove the ball holder and a pack of scented balls. The scent balls are designed to keep martens away from the engine compartment.

1. Open the protective foil of the fragrance ball and clamp the ball directly from the packaging into the holder without touching the ball with your hands. Wash your hands thoroughly if you touch it.
2. Make sure that the fragrance ball is firmly centered in the holder and cannot fall out.
3. Hang the holder with the fragrance ball inside in a suitable, dry place in the engine compartment of the car. Ensure that the holder is positioned horizontally and firmly so that it cannot fall off while driving.

Important: The scent ball holder must never be placed directly on or next to hot vehicle parts (fire hazard!). The marten’s very sensitive sense of smell perceives the specific repellent odor of the scent ball very well; the marten will avoid the engine compartment of the car protected in this way. One scent ball is effective for approx. 5-6 weeks, after which it should be replaced. The total effective time for both balls is therefore approx. 2-3 months.
