Milk-Max A

• Liquid, chlorine-based cleaning and disinfecting agent for milking machines and milking equipment
• Use especially after milking
• Automatic application: 0.5% (50 g/10 l) at 50 °C, circulate for 7-10 minutes
• Manual application: 0.5-1% (50-100 g/10 l) at 40 °C, 5 minutes contact time; wear gloves

Instructions for use

Melk-Max A is used especially after milking.

Automatic application with automatic rinser

1. Rinse the milking system with fresh water immediately after milking.

2. Clean with a 0.5% Melk-Max A solution (50 g/10 l water) at 50 °C.

3. Allow the solution to circulate for 7-10 minutes.

4. Rinse with clear water.

Manual application

1. After milking, rinse the milking equipment and rinse with a 0.5-1% Milk-Max A solution (50-100 g/10 l water) at 40 °C.

2. Leave the milking equipment in contact with the solution for 5 minutes.

3. Rinse with clean water. In this case, protect hands with gloves.

4. Rinse milking equipment after each cleaning with Melk-Max S alternately cold and warm and allow to dry immediately. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
