Disinfect Forte is a highly concentrated, formaldehyde-free surface disinfectant with excellent deep action, even with heavy protein contamination. The C5-C10 combination of active ingredients improves stability against organic soiling and extends the long-term effect.

Instructions for use and dosage

General dosage information (refer concentrates to final volume):

• Preventive disinfection: 1 % (e.g. 1 l concentrate to 100 l working solution). An exposure time of 60 minutes is specified in the basic description.
• Special disinfection: 2 % (e.g. 2 l concentrate to 100 l working solution). An exposure time of 120 minutes is specified in the basic description.

Further application – Nebulization

• Dosage/mixture: 1.5 l Disinfect Forte / 1000 m³ with 1.5 l water
• Additive: 250-500 ml fog additive (FOG-ADD)
• Exposure time / method: nebulize for 1 hour

Instructions for use

• Surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned before disinfection.
• Apply approx. 400 ml/m² working solution to the cleaned surfaces.
• Distribution methods: high-pressure cleaner, foam gun, conventional sprayer or spraying systems.

Areas of application

Disinfect Forte is ideal for disinfecting surfaces and materials (floors, walls, equipment, transport devices, etc.) in stables (pig, poultry and cattle stables), slaughterhouses, animal shelters, hatcheries, insemination stations, veterinary institutes, etc. Note: Disinfect Forte is not reported to have any negative effects in biogas plants.

General information / Safety

• Residual concentrate and uncleaned containers must be disposed of as hazardous waste; reuse of the container is not permitted.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation after use (approx. 10-12 hours safety waiting time specified).
• No liability is accepted for damage caused by failure to observe the instructions for use.

Notes on test methods: DVG* and DIN EN 1657 are mentioned in the respective test specifications. Please observe the respective temperature and exposure times as well as the standard specifications when planning and carrying out the disinfection.
