Wasp trap refill pack

• For outdoor use: garden, terrace.
• Active ingredient: 150 g/L apple juice concentrate in a water-soluble concentrate (liquid attractant).
• Application: Fill the trap with 125 ml attractant and top up with 250 ml water; 3 traps at a distance of approx. 3 m are recommended.
• Refillable; shelf life approx. 3 years; check effect regularly.

Product description

The Silence® wasp trap lures annoying wasps into the trap body with a special liquid attractant, from which they can no longer escape. Keeping wasps away reduces the risk of stings, which can be life-threatening for allergy sufferers or sensitive people.

Composition and concentration

Formulation: water-soluble concentrate (SL). Active ingredient: 150 g/L apple juice concentrate. The intended dosage consists of 125 ml of the product diluted with 250 ml of water.

Instructions for use

1. Open the wasp trap by turning the lid.
2. Pour the entire contents of the 125 ml attractant bottle into the trap body.
3. Fill the trap with 250 ml of water up to the mark on the right-hand end of the label and close the trap.
4. Then pull the upper part of the lid upwards and hang or place the trap, ideally in a warm, sunny spot.
5. Do not touch the liquid with metallic surfaces or containers (may be corrosive to metals).
6. For best effect, 3 traps are recommended at a distance of approx. 3 m around the relevant area.
7. Refill with new attractant after approx. 3 weeks of use (or when the attractant warning color has visibly faded). In the event of heavy evaporation due to high temperatures, premature refilling may be necessary.
8. When emptying, watch out for any living wasps to avoid being stung.

Notes on the effect

Attractants serve as a preventative measure, but do not offer complete protection against wasp stings. Bees and other beneficial insects are not actively attracted by the attractant; flies and biting flies can also be trapped in exceptional cases, depending on the location.

• Store only in the original packaging; keep out of reach of children and pets; protect from sunlight, moisture and frost; do not store at temperatures above 40 °C.
• May be corrosive to metals – absorb spillage to prevent material damage.
