- Thermal fogger against the red bird mite and numerous other insect pests
- Effective in enclosed spaces (stables, warehouses, greenhouses, households, etc.)
- Dosage: 1 can for approx. 50 m² (crawling insects) or 100 m² (flying insects)
- Safe, exothermic mist formation; high penetration and expulsion effect
Highly effective, thermal pyrethroid fog for controlling insect pests and vermin in enclosed spaces. Reliably combats red mites, cockroaches, beetles, woodlice, flies, wasps, lice, moths, spiders, silverfish and other hygiene and material pests.
Areas of application
Empty animal stables, storage rooms, commercial operations, greenhouses, cellar compartments, attics, private households and warehouses and much more.
Application
Against crawling insects (red bird mite, cockroaches, beetles, woodlice): 1 can for approx. 50 m² or approx. 130 m³. Against flying insects (flies, wasps, moths, mosquitoes): 1 can for approx. 100 m² or approx. 260 m³.
- Close windows and doors before use. Open doors and drawers of any empty fixtures and fittings.
- Remove the foil lid from the can and take out the metal can wrapped in aluminum foil and unpack it.
- Fill the plastic container with water up to the mark (approx. 1 cm). Never fill with too much water – the product reacts violently with water.
- Place the metal can with the red lid facing up (white fleece facing down) in the plastic can.
- Place the mite nebulizer in the middle of the room or, if using several cans, distribute them accordingly. The smoke starts to develop approx. 1-2 minutes after the inner can comes into contact with the water.
- Keep windows and doors closed for at least 3 hours. Best results are achieved if windows and doors remain closed overnight. If using several doses: start with the mite nebulizer furthest away from the exit door.
- Dispose of plastic can and aluminum foil for recycling. Take used metal cans to a hazardous waste collection point.
Thoroughly ventilate treated rooms after re-entering. After use, the rooms must be well ventilated for at least 2 hours.
Advantages
- Pyrethroid active ingredient: high insecticidal efficacy with low warm-blooded animal toxicity
- Fog formation due to exothermic reaction – no ignition required, simple and safe application
- Uniform fog distribution with high penetration capacity
- Strong expulsion effect: even hidden pests are captured
- No soiling of walls, wallpaper, curtains or furnishings
- The treated rooms can be used again after several hours
Dosage
Against flying insects (mosquitoes, flies, moths): 1 can for approx. 260 m³ or approx. 100 m². Against crawling insects (cockroaches, beetles, woodlice): 1 can for approx. 130 m³ or approx. 50 m².
Precautionary measures
Leave the rooms to be treated immediately after using the mite nebulizer and close them tightly. Remove pets, bird cages or aquariums before use; cover or remove stored food. Do not touch the nebulizer after use due to heat development. Do not use in rooms with activated smoke detection systems.
Hazard warnings: Reacts violently with water. Harmful if inhaled. Risk of serious eye damage. May cause sensitization by inhalation. Risk of explosion if heated under confinement. Very toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. To avoid risks to people and the environment, follow the instructions for use.
