Product description

The cherry fruit fly trap from the natural line was specially developed to detect and control the cherry fruit fly. It helps to attract the animals at an early stage before they lay eggs in the fruit.

Biology of the cherry fruit fly

The cherry fruit fly lays 50-100 eggs individually in half-ripe cherries. The development of the maggots takes about a week, which is why early detection and reduction of the fly population is important.

Application

1. Open the trap and pour in the contents of the enclosed bottle.
2. Then fill the trap with water up to the bottom of the label.
3. Depending on the size of the tree, hang or set up 3-4 traps (about 1 trap per meter of tree height) in the tree.

Notes

It is advantageous if the neighboring trees are also equipped with cherry fruit fly traps in order to comprehensively reduce the infestation.
